Now we’ll explain our exclusive contract recruitment process, and outline how dealing with us exclusively for your contract building services requirements can benefit you.

At job registration we’ll arrange a suitable time, at your convenience to visit you in your offices in order to take a complete brief, including qualifications, experience, level, responsibilities, rates, & duration. We’ll also take the time to understand the culture within your business, and agree our terms of business, interview dates, and timescales. We will not register a position where we have not met the client, as we cannot deliver the level of service we commit to without having done so.

We’ll be happy to keep you updated regarding our progress, but the next time you’ll hear from us will be to make the arrangements to meet again to discuss the shortlist of CV’s we’ve put together. All the candidates we present will have been met by one of our consultants, so we’ll know their circumstances in detail, and will have 2 recent work related references, that we’ll bring along with the CV’s. We guarantee that the shortlist will only consist of candidate’s that meet the criteria we have agreed in the first meeting.

When we say we take the time to understand your business – we do.

When we say we meet our candidates face to face – we do.

When we say we take references on our contract candidates – we do.

But we have to have your exclusivity for this to work, as this ensures we have the time to feel confident we are sending you the best of the total market, rather than the first engineer we come across, which to a degree, we’re forced to do when we’re competing with other agents.
