Terms & Fee Structure

We will insist on a formal agreement regarding the terms of business we will be working to before commencing work on an assignment, as we believe a completely upfront and transparent approach ultimately benefits everyone involved.  The terms and conditions will therefore be discussed with you in detail and agreed at job registration stage.  A copy of our standard permanent and temporary terms of business can be obtained by contacting us, the main elements include:


Permanent Terms of Business
  • Our fee is 17.5% of the candidate’s annual salary. The invoice is raised on the candidates start date and is payable within 30 days.
  • As a direct results of the methods we adopt, very few of our placements result in an early resignation, or a client’s decision to terminate employment, so we’re willing to offer you a full 100% rebate of our fee for the first 13 weeks of a new appointment. If we’ve got it wrong, we’ll give you the money back, and offer our full support in finding a replacement candidate.

Temporary Terms of Business
  • You will be invoiced weekly, on 30 day terms.
  • We will charge a 17.5% margin on the candidates hourly/daily rate, this enables you to discuss a candidates rate expectations directly during interview if you require to do so, alternatively, we can handle that negotiation on your behalf.
  • We offer a 4 hour working interview, if you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the candidates work, and decide not to appoint them, there is no charge.
  • We recommend a 1 week notice period on either side.
