Our client is a multi-disciplinary practice of Building services Engineering Consultants. Established for over 30 years, they now employ more than 60 staff at their offices in London. Sustainability is at the heart of their projects, and because of growth, the in-house sustainability team urgently requires a Junior Sustainability Engineer.
The successful candidate will have OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units) and will have completed numerous SAP and EPC assessments. You should also have some experience and be looking to develop in other areas of sustainability engineering including IES thermal modelling, SBEM/daylight/sunlight/thermal bridging calculations, BREEAM assessments, and report writing for planning submissions.
