I have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Public Health Engineer to join a multi-award winning building services design consultancy. They are one of the industry leaders providing design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the residential sector. They are looking for an experienced Public Health engineer to join and assist their busy team in Hampshire.
You will prepare and oversee engineering designs using the most recent software packages within building services. You will take responsibility for the management of projects to achieve deadlines - attending and leading projects and design meetings to ensure successful planning, allocation and coordination of work.
Client liaison is a massive part of this role so someone who can influence technical meetings whilst maintaining strong relationships is essential.

The successful engineer will be degree qualified with experience on a variety of projects in the UK. The individual will have worked on concept and detailed design, previously worked on a range of projects and be conversant with the latest UK Building Regulations along with design & calculation software such as Hevacomp, IES and Revit. Responsibilities will include the design of HVAC, Pipework and Ductwork, management and delivery of projects.
The successful engineer will mentor and inspire Junior M&E Engineers and support the Mechanical Associate Director in project leadership and delivery and the continuation successful growth of the London team. They operate on an NHS framework agreement and have undertaken a vast amount of work across several NHS sites in London and the south, this coupled with many their other long-standing client relationships has led to a very healthy order book of work, and a continuous flow of new projects being awarded.
The company are looking for an electrical design at intermediate level with a passion for technically challenging projects. Due to the nature of their work, it is integral that the successful engineer be a confident communicator who can liaise with clients and attend meetings. Responsibilities will include concept and detailed design of electrical services, supporting and working alongside engineers, and supporting the CAD/REVIT Dept.
