A forward-thinking intermediate electrical Engineer is wanted by my client who is a specialist Multi-Disciplined Building Services Consultancy based in North London. My client only works on very large-scale projects such as the current corporate HQ’s, Mixed use developments, Luxury Hotels, Concert Halls, Theatres and Airports. In your role as electrical Engineer, you will be expected to own, manage, and deliver electrical projects. Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer required to join a multi-award winning consultancy in Central London (City). They provide design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the commercial sector and work with a number of high-profile clients and brands across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a Building Services background to join their busy team on a contract basis (outside ir35). As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will need 5 years + of consultancy design experience with extensive exposure to project delivery in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. You must be fully proficient using Hevacomp & IES and should be able to demonstrate solid experience of HVAC design in buildings. The key requirements of this role include:

The role will also require experience and knowledge of ApacheHVAC, an understanding of how buildings really operate and experience in delivering BREEAM credits. They are a delivery partner for NABERS UK and the successful applicant will take a key role in shaping their service offer in relation to this new rating system and how it interacts with EPC requirements.
