I am currently looking for a BREEAM Assessor to work in Oxfordshire. My client has two offices including one in London. They are an ambitious practice employing over 60 professionals, covering a wide range of building services engineering. As highly qualified and experienced Low Carbon Consultants, my client is committed to lead in providing sustainable solutions which both enhance the environment and improve the efficiency of buildings.
My client has won many awards and are recognised for delivering notable projects. My client has a good reputation in the market for delivering sustainability design solutions for a number of private and some public sector clients. They are now one of the largest independent sustainability led M&E practices in the UK, covering master plans, new build, extension, fit-out, refurbishment and asset maintenance across many sectors. Typical clients include many educational institutions including Oxford University and Kellogg College, and Public Sector clients including Custodial buildings.
As a BREEAM Assessor you will be required to maintain and develop their in-house BREEAM capabilities. Responsible for delivering BREEAM assessments as part of their M & E offering, and for standalone projects. Suitable candidates must have a relevant degree within Building Services or equivalent and have experience delivering BREEAM projects from pre-assessment to certificate. The ideal person will also be proactive and organised, be a good communicator and be able to guide clients and design teams through the BREEAM process in the simplest way possible.
