An engineering consultancy that specialise in providing innovative and tailored solutions to the construction industry are seeking a Facilities Management Consultant to oversee a number of maintenance contracts for a large portfolio of properties and sites.
Established for over 40 years they have built a solid reputation for delivering high quality services including acquisitions and condition surveys, feasibility studies, design and facilities management.
The portfolio of properties spans across several sectors including offices, residential, retail, leisure and education.
As the facilities management consultant, you will report in to the Associate Director and be responsible for managing many contracts and overseeing the maintenance companies. Predominantly these contracts focus on the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of the M&E services but also sometimes the fabric.
The role will require someone who is comfortable meeting clients, attending site meetings, advising on service level agreements, monitoring contractors and conducting site surveys.
