The Managing Quantity Surveyor, to join a 12-month contract assignment, will be accustomed to managing projects across Commercial/Industrial/Medical developments to the order of £10m. Having experience to work closely with the owning client is essential as this position will have extensive exposure to be on-site. The Managing Quantity Surveyor, in addition to running the commercial function project will report the Regional Commercial Director and will oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers.
- Cost Management and Forecasting - reporting to M&E Directors and Client
- NEC Contract Management
- Sub-Contractor Administration and Supply Chain Management
- Quantity Surveying degree is required - Masters/Chartered; preferential
- Senior Quantity Surveying experience for at least 7 years
There are additional level posts at Senior QS (10 years exp.) and Quantity Surveyor (5-7 years exp.) available to join regional offices overseeing national frameworks, high value commercial and residential builds, in addition to a growing pipeline of construction projects across the UK
