My client has a long pipeline of work running into the next 2 years. They are looking for a an experienced intermediate to Senior/Principal level Public Health Engineer to fit into the 60+ team, all of whom have played a key part in many of the awards my client has won since their inception well over twenty years ago.
The environment is very collaborative offering full support from fellow colleagues. Spread across 2 offices in the South East, my client not only values technical experience and ability, but personality too. They operate a very tight ship offering that family feel environment. This has certainly contributed to the excellent staff retention my client has shown over the last twenty years. With the right attitude and work ethic, progression is a given and even celebrated within the business with all success stories posted on the company website. Although the atmosphere is relaxed in both offices, they do work hard, but you can often find the team socialising at the end of the week.
I am looking for someone who is passionate about Building Services and who wishes to stamp their mark within a respected consultancy. Specialising in a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Retail, Hotels and Leisure Centres, and Data Centres has helped current employees become well rounded, but also experts within specific sectors. Of late my client has delivered many Commercial Cat A and B fit outs, as well as very large New Build developments.
As the search is broad, my client will interview those from intermedidate level up so you must have at least 5 years' experience as a design engineer and be comfortable managing more junior members of staff as well as manage up to 3 projects at a time (for the more seniot engineers applying). You must have experience client facing as you will be the face of the company representing my client in meetings. Building Services experience is a must as well as experience using all associated software. Experience across all sectors would be an advantage, but if you have commercial experience with Cat A and B fit out, then this would be an advantage.
