I am currently working on a genuinely unique opportunity with a company that I have worked on behalf of for many successful years. I am carrying out a meticulous and detailed search for an experienced Revit Technician/Coordinator.
This is a very important appointment as my client has successfully opened their fourth office here In London. The reason for this is because they have grown exponentially in the last 15 years winning and successfully delivering projects covering all corners of the UK. With a huge pipeline of projects including a 755 unit hotel about to kick off, my client needs someone to come in and use their experience to strengthen a growing team, hitting the ground running.
I have been in constant contact with the Managing Director and the Project Director to discuss the plans they have to grow the office situated in a beautiful location backing onto regents canal. It is clear to see the passion and excitement from both parties as they have secured some very exciting projects that any engineer would be proud to be a part of.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a modern building services and environmental engineering consultancy dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable engineering solutions for a diverse client base. My client covers a wide range of sectors giving employees the chance to become very well rounded as well as having exposure to all stages of the project cycle. As a medium sized company with more than 50 employees, progression is not only obtainable but very likely for those that are driven to succeed. Many employees have progressed quickly into more senior positions and led projects. There is scope for development, promotion internally and pay rises.
My client is proud to offer an environment that first and foremost, is a happy and friendly one. This is key to the success of this close knit team across all offices. In order to build on this they regularly socialise and have team building days.

Upon joining this respected company you will visit the Head Quarters for a week to gain further training and integrate with your colleagues in Ireland. This will also give you first hand exposure to the history of my client and the chance to network and gain a true understanding of why my client's employees are all very happy in their jobs.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Previous UK building regulation experience, this is essential
