I am currently working with a multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy to find an exceptional Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer. My client values its people and views them as being critical to the successful development and growth of the business. A British firm that has been established for 50 years and now turns over in excess of £28million, it is one of the largest privately owned engineering, environmental and building control consultancies in the UK, and employing 400 staff within multiple offices in England and Wales, as well as its offices in Ireland, and as far as South America.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer with around 4 years' experience at senior level you will be hands on but also oversee your team, dealing with fee proposals, and working closely with clients you will be an integral part of the growth of this office based in London. Experience running projects is paramount. My client works across the board covering many different sectors with a focus on education, commercial projects, hotels, and high end residential projects too.
It is clear to see that they have a very forward thinking plan for taking the company to the next level and they are therefore looking to recruit new skills into the business. My client is looking for enthusiastic people who want to push their careers forward in a company with no glass ceilings and who value progression and development. My client is very much of the ethos that personality and character is of the utmost importance. Employees of all levels benefit from ongoing voluntary training via structured programmes. Support is also offered becoming chartered as well as memberships to various professional industry bodies. As an investor in their own people they also have an academy supporting development of graduates supporting future growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further progress within an established company known for delivering exceptional projects and respected in the industry. An excellent package and structured career path for the successful applicant offered.
