As part of their continued regional growth, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Infrastructure and MEP to lead the division from Riyadh and oversee major projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

 

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineering executive with a strong track record delivering large-scale MEP and infrastructure projects across the GCC.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Head of Infrastructure & MEP will drive strategic growth, technical excellence, operational performance, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex developments spanning infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, transport, and giga-project sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering delivery across one of the region’s most respected consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Infrastructure and MEP division across multiple regional projects

Requirements

We are seeking a commercially driven engineering leader with deep technical expertise and strong regional market knowledge.

  • British University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ years’ experience within MEP consultancy, engineering, and large-scale project delivery
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex MEP portfolios across the GCC
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and integrated building services
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure and high-value developments in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East
  • Strong commercial, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple project locations

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in relevant areas, such as RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) or equivalent.
  • Current member of the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT and Audio Visual design and engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in design and engineering software and tools.

We’re acting as a PSL Agency with access to supply 1 MEP Director and 6 MEP Technical Directors to assemble a team of 30 MEP Engineers across 6 concept packages for a major project in Saudi Arabia.
