We’re acting as a PSL Agency with access to supply 1 MEP Director and 6 MEP Technical Directors to assemble a team of 30 MEP Engineers across 6 concept packages for a major project in Saudi Arabia.

An expansive, contemporary downtown mega project spanning 19km2 that is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative. Central to this endeavour is a 400m2 cube-shaped supertall skyscraper, capable of accommodating the equivalent of 20 Empire State Buildings.
This downtown is grounded in the principles of sustainability featuring green areas, pedestrian-friendly paths, cycling routes, and eco zones to enhance residents’ well-being and promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement.
The project will include an iconic museum, a cutting-edge technology and design university, and a multipurpose immersive theatre among 80 state of the art entertainment and culture venues, 300k m2 of retail space, and home for hundreds of thousands of residents.
