Seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. About the role: As a member of the Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a wide range of projects and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure not only the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information but also provide a leading point of contact for our clients/collaborators. The incumbent will be expected to undertake an element of business development, leveraging key contacts to secure new or additional work whenever possible. You will also be encouraged to secure external speaking/CPD opportunities. You will also be responsible for upholding the integrity of ISO 9001, directing, leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co -ordinating delivery against these standards. The role will be primarily to undertake modelling work in IES to attain compliance with; Part L, TM59, TM52 and BREEAM. Thermal Bridging Measurements for SAP and working as a member of the Sustainability Team to deliver planning submissions, design work for compliance and to assist with ventilation design. Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer required to join a multi-award winning consultancy in Central London (City). They provide design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the commercial sector and work with a number of high-profile clients and brands across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a Building Services background to join their busy team on a contract basis (outside ir35). As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will need 5 years + of consultancy design experience with extensive exposure to project delivery in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. You must be fully proficient using Hevacomp & IES and should be able to demonstrate solid experience of HVAC design in buildings. The key requirements of this role include:
