The consultancy I am working alongside employ well over 500 staff across the globe, with a network of offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Australia. The position will include managing and supporting the growth of the sustainability and building physics team in London, managing resource, mentoring engineers, liaising with clients, and undertaking thermal modelling, dynamic simulation and building physics and building performance.

£45000 - £53000 per annum
A top 5 leading European company within Building Services is now looking for an exceptional Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on projects from inception to handover. Working as part of an established design team the successful candidate will represent the company in client and design team meetings, produce reports, calculations, drawings and specifications as well as monitor works on site. Projects include iconic residential developments, the capitals biggest commercial and hotel projects, many educational buildings, fit-outs, and international schemes etc. A clear and achievable progression pathway with full support becoming chartered is guaranteed.
5- 8 Years' experience within building services
Detailed design - pipe work, HVAC, air conditioning
Autocad, Hevacomp, IES (heat loss and heat calculations).
MEP Revit although not essential
Experience of managing the design process for Mechanical Design layout of high rise commercial and residential buildings.
Degree educated (or equivalent)
Ventilation, heating, cooling and water sizing and knowledge of Building Regulations Part B, G, F & L.
