This is an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 located in Camden, London. They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers. Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market. Position: To manage and lead the delivery of sustainable building services solutions on individual projects; to be a proactive member of the sustainability team; to contribute to the resource allocation of sustainability requirements as project work demands; contribute to the development of the sustainability team with marketing and fee bids and keeping up to date with current Legislation and Planning Policies.
