  As part of their continued regional growth, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Infrastructure and MEP to lead the division from Riyadh and oversee major projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.   The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineering executive with a strong track record delivering large-scale MEP and infrastructure projects across the GCC. Reporting to executive leadership, the Head of Infrastructure & MEP will drive strategic growth, technical excellence, operational performance, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex developments spanning infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, transport, and giga-project sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering delivery across one of the region’s most respected consultancies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Infrastructure and MEP division across multiple regional projects
  • Oversee full project lifecycle delivery from concept design through commissioning
  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and senior project leadership
  • Drive operational excellence, profitability, and delivery performance
  • Ensure compliance with international engineering, quality, and HSE standards
  • Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, government authorities, and contractors
  • Support innovation, sustainability initiatives, and smart infrastructure integration
  • Contribute to strategic business development and regional expansion plans

  Requirements We are seeking a commercially driven engineering leader with deep technical expertise and strong regional market knowledge.

  • British University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ years’ experience within MEP consultancy, engineering, and large-scale project delivery
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex MEP portfolios across the GCC
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and integrated building services
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure and high-value developments in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East
  • Strong commercial, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple project locations

Seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. About the role: As a member of the Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a wide range of projects and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure not only the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information but also provide a leading point of contact for our clients/collaborators. The incumbent will be expected to undertake an element of business development, leveraging key contacts to secure new or additional work whenever possible. You will also be encouraged to secure external speaking/CPD opportunities. You will also be responsible for upholding the integrity of ISO 9001, directing, leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co -ordinating delivery against these standards.   An independent specialist MEP engineering consultancy established in 2005.   Join a dynamic team of c30 experienced engineers and designers providing innovative and sustainable solutions for a range of projects across various sectors, in the UK and Internationally. The firm is independently owned by the Directors and employees, all based together in one office, supporting each other without corporate interference or distractions irrelevant to project delivery.  They can provide technical support when needed but otherwise trust employees to independently manage their workload. Approximately two thirds of their turnover is derived from overseas projects, having undertaken projects in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Russia, Vietnam, Germany, UAE, Angola and the Bahamas.  Their key sectors are commercial offices, mixed use developments, luxury hotels, concert halls, theatres and airports. In your role as the Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to own, manage, and deliver electrical projects. You will be responsible for the full design from inception to commissioning and final delivery. As part of the role, you will be expected to: Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical building services systems.
  • Produce detailed design drawings and specifications.
