As part of an increase in workload my client, a respected consultancy of over 30 years, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Sustainability Engineer to join their existing Sustainability department. The Sustainability team works on a number of internal and external projects, ranging from conceptualisation to practical delivery.
The primary focus will be on carrying out thermal modelling and SAP calculations, on impressive projects ranging from individual high end private houses, large scale urban regeneration, hotels, commercial offices, education facilities and retail/leisure projects, with construction values beyond £200 million. The role will also involve thermal modelling analysis along with providing sustainable design advice and reporting.

* Experience in use of NHER or Elmhurst software.
* Experience in delivering Code for Sustainable Homes assessments.

My client has been established for over 15 years and have grown to well over 60 staff in the London office. They are currently working on a diverse portfolio of work including new build & refurbishment commercial projects, residential, and hotels - working in tandem with a number of high profile and well know clients & architects.
Due to planned growth of the London office they are looking to add an accredited BREEAM Assessor and can offer support with gaining certification with Fitwell assessment accreditation.

As a result of impressive growth within the Mission Critical sector and a number of key framework agreements, they are looking to add an established Mechanical biased Associate Director with demonstrable mission critical exposure to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused mechanical building services leader to join the Critical Systems team and to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most notable and hyperscale data centre projects in the UK and on an international basis.
The successful individual will possess excellent understanding of mechanical building services as well as knowledge of standard practices in the design and delivery of mission critical projects, including; practical knowledge of Uptime Institute TIER ratings, be responsible for concept and detailed design, project budget, project quality management, apply company guidelines and standards across the portfolio of projects, production of project reports
You will collaborate with the global critical systems team and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.
You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.
