They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 75 multi-disciplinary Building Services Engineers. They are looking for a Revit Technician to work on a diverse project portfolio, including masterplan regeneration projects, mixed use residential and commercial schemes, hotels, and medical centres.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:
2 years REVIT experience in a commercial working environment.
Using Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems.
Working from Engineer’s mark-up's and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD as appropriate to each project.
Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
Position:
To manage and lead the delivery of sustainable building services solutions on individual projects; to be a proactive member of the sustainability team; to contribute to the resource allocation of sustainability requirements as project work demands; contribute to the development of the sustainability team with marketing and fee bids and keeping up to date with current Legislation and Planning Policies. This position can be based in one of our clients numerous UK offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Warrington, Aberdeen, or Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of Energy Strategies for Planning Applications
Lodgement of SAP calculations
Lodgement of non-domestic and domestic EPCs
Delivery of Sustainability Statements for Planning Applications
Knowledge of BREEAM / WELL
Knowledge of Home Quality Mark (HQM)
Thermal modelling to Level 5 (preferred)
Knowledge of façade performance and U-value calculations
Knowledge of Energy Auditing and Assessment
Knowledge of daylight calculations
Input into fee proposals
Requirements (essential):
Educated to degree level in related discipline
Knowledge of residential and non-residential energy modelling
BREEAM Assessor
Presentation skills
Ensure that the Quality System procedures are adhered to
Responsible attitude and actively undertake training

They are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on some of the UK’s largest high end residential and hotel projects.
Key Accountabilities
Produce detailed design calculations and preparation of design drawings, specifications, and information.
Assist in the practical training of Graduate and Technician Engineers.
Managing a team of junior engineers.
Receive brief from Principal Engineer about initial design information.
Produce all design information as outlined in the Project Management Plan.
Ensure that all calculations and drawings have been properly checked.
Liaise with internal and external Design Team, Client and Contractors.
Assemble all calculations, drawings, correspondence, and other project documents.
Consider financial implications in producing design option.
Maintain good communication with Clients, Design Team and Contractors to meet the Company’s standards in customer care.
Ensure client satisfaction in project delivery with a view to obtaining repeat business.
Maintain and develop an understanding of the key software.
You will need to have the below
3 years’+ Experience of Mechanical building services design.
Experience in Residential project detail design (Stage 4).
Experience of attending the client meetings.
