Role: In this critical on-site role, you will act as the company's primary representative during the construction phase of a mixed use high spec residential scheme. You will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical building services systems — including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, drainage, fire suppression, and related systems — ensuring full compliance with the detailed designs, specifications, relevant codes/standards, project timelines, quality expectations, and budget constraints. The design work varies from developing concept designs to Stage 3 for planning purposes to fully detailed design, contract and construction drawings. The candidate will report directly to the Director. The candidate joins the company in the midst of exciting times, with a strong order book and growth opportunities. The candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and ultimately manage their own projects, which will include managing a team of engineers, building physicist, and technicians.
