This is an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 located in Camden, London. They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers.
Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:
REVIT experience in residential building projects.
Using Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems.
Working from Engineer's mark-up's and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD as appropriate to each project.
Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
2-3 Years minimum experience within a similar environment.

They are mainly engaged on very large-scale projects such as the corporate HQ’s, mixed use developments, luxury hotels, concert halls, theatres, and airports.
In your role as an Electrical Engineer, you will be expected to own, manage, and deliver electrical projects. You will be responsible for the full design from inception to commissioning and final delivery. As part of the role, you will be expected to:
Assist in the design and coordination of electrical building services systems.
Produce detailed design drawings and specifications.
Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and equipment.
Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and clients.
Work collaboratively with other members of the engineering team.
Requirements:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
Knowledge of electrical building services design principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
