The team are working on a large number of prestigious high-rise developments in London and you will provide 3D modelling on a range of complex building services. Duties are varied but include the following:

  • Producing CAD deliverables to relevant BIM standards in compliance with companies Information Management System.
  • Producing drawings and schedules to relevant standards.
  • Liaising with team leaders, project managers and engineers from various disciplines.
  • Working on your own initiative and managing projects to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Working in close collaboration with other team members in other disciplines.

   Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a Building Services Engineering environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
  • The ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients and other team members and to produce written documents in clear English.
  • The ability to understand the needs of a project and manage your time effectively.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience of using Solibri would be advantageous.

The newly established Operational Assets team brings together property consultants, design engineers, and data-led building performance specialists to deliver a holistic service offering across the full building lifecycle. The team works closely with clients to embed themselves within asset portfolios, developing sustainable roadmaps and supporting projects from concept through implementation and ongoing operation.   • Secure new projects and support both existing and new clients, assisting the regional lead with delivery planning and team strategy.

  2. Design - Specialising in complex existing buildings across all RIBA stages, delivering creative and sustainable design solutions that modernise and enhance building services systems to meet current standards and operational demands.
  3. Property Consultancy - Providing technical advisory services to support property management, asset operation, and transactional processes, including:

  • Technical due diligence (vendor and pre-acquisition)
  • Dilapidations surveys
  • Planned preventative maintenance reporting

  • Validation management
  • Asset registers
  • Troubleshooting
  • Energy optimisation surveys
  • EPC assessments

  Projects span a diverse range of sectors including Commercial Offices, Retail, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Justice, Defence, Heritage, Industrial, and Technology. Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates will ideally demonstrate:

  • Chartered status or progress towards chartership as a qualified design engineer.
  • Strong experience working on refurbishment and fit-out projects within existing buildings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of building data analytics and metering systems.
  • Proven experience in performance specification, detailed design, contract administration, and site supervision.
  • Broad knowledge of building services engineering, with strong expertise in a primary discipline and sound understanding of secondary disciplines.

Working within the sustainability and data team, you will use data and engineering insight to deliver practical, actionable outcomes for clients.   Requirements The successful candidate will be confident delivering IES modelling projects independently and comfortable working within a growing consultancy environment where initiative, adaptability and ownership are highly valued. You should be able to:

  • Technically deliver projects using IES rather than simply providing modelling support
  • Demonstrate strong experience of TM52/TM59 and TM54 assessments
  • Take ownership of tasks and maintain project momentum without requiring significant supervision
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and take on challenges outside your core specialism when required
  • Communicate clearly with clients and other members of the design team
