They are looking for an experienced Public Health engineer to join and assist their busy team in Hampshire. You will prepare and oversee engineering designs using the most recent software packages within building services. You will take responsibility for the management of projects to achieve deadlines - attending and leading projects and design meetings to ensure successful planning, allocation and coordination of work.     The Role;

    The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key part in the Building Services Design team and will be involved in working closely with clients, other design team members in the design, management and delivery of projects.

    In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in working within the design of high end commercial and retail projects.

    Responsibilities;

    You will focus on successful project delivery whilst managing a number of concurrent projects. The job holder will be required to attend design, programme and site meetings, and mentor junior engineers and apprentices.

    They are in urgent need for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (contract) who has experience working pharmaceutical, Laboratories or healthcare projects.

    You will have a minimum of 5years M&E/Building Services design experience with the ability to work independently and you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels with team members, clients and other stakeholders, site meetings to assess works on site and to work with the construction team to effective designs.

    To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Use of Amtech electrical design software (or similar package CableCalc etc with ability to transfer to Amtech).

    The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for a variety of M&E projects which include, Residential, leisure, hotels and commercial across London.

    The successful applicant will have a sound technical knowledge of HVAC systems preferably qualified to at least HNC level in Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minim 5 years design and project experience.
