Role: This role requires a specialist pharmaceutical/life sciences Senior Mechanical Engineer, to spearhead energy efficiency projects and be the go-to person for design advice and lead projects. The main responsibilities in this role will be to be ensure high quality delivery of energy-focused global pharmaceutical and life sciences HVAC engineering solutions, while also guiding others to ensure that design deliverables meet consistent standards and best practice. There will not be any direct line management responsibility for this role. The person in this role will act as a subject matter expert guiding the engineering team on process, quality and technical delivery. This is an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 located in Camden, London. They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers. Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market.
