- Taking responsibility for technical and financial decisions on assigned projects
- Undertaking site surveys and preparing detailed mechanical condition and compliance reports
- Ensuring compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations and Codes of Practice
- Carrying out energy assessments and evaluating system performance
- Coordinating with other disciplines and understanding cross-discipline design parameters
- Assisting in the preparation of drawings using CAD
- Managing workload effectively to meet programme deadlines
- Exercising independent technical judgement with limited supervision
About You:
We’re looking for a motivated and technically capable engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will have:
- A Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering

- Genuine career development opportunities
- Hybrid working (4 office / 1 home)
- Stable business with long-term project pipeline
