  As part of their continued regional growth, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Infrastructure and MEP to lead the division from Riyadh and oversee major projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.   The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineering executive with a strong track record delivering large-scale MEP and infrastructure projects across the GCC and wider Middle East. Reporting to executive leadership, the Head of Infrastructure & MEP will drive strategic growth, technical excellence, operational performance, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex developments spanning infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, transport, and giga-project sectors throughout the MENA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering delivery within one of the region’s most respected consultancies. Key Responsibilities  Lead and grow the Infrastructure & MEP division across multiple regional projects

  • Oversee full project lifecycle delivery from concept design through to commissioning
  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and senior project leadership

  Requirements  We are seeking a commercially driven engineering leader with deep technical expertise and strong regional market knowledge.

  • British University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ years’ experience within MEP consultancy, engineering, and large-scale project delivery
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex MEP portfolios across the GCC and MENA region
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and integrated building services
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure and high-value developments across the Middle East
  • Strong commercial, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple project locations

  • Current member of the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT and Audio Visual design and engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in design and engineering software and tools.
