Digital Delivery Specialist is responsible for all BIM-related services and conducts the main BIM quality check review. The BIM Coordinator serves as the main contact for all BIM matters within the project team. This role acts as the interface between the Discipline BIM Lead(s), Design Team Leads, and the Digital Delivery Manager. Additionally, the Digital Delivery Specialist assists the Digital Delivery Manager in collecting the Management-relevant BIM documents required to kick off the project such as BEP and client requirements. Responsibilities also include providing models coordination of individual discipline(s), coordinating with discipline BIM leads and across trades, reviewing services, maintaining task lists, updating BIM issues identified during model coordination, and organizing the communication strategy necessary for this purpose. Role: You will be working as part of our multidiscipline team of Project Managers, Architects and Engineers in our London Office delivering Data Centre projects across RIBA Work Stages 1-5 for projects in UK and Europe. You will work under the direction of the Technical Director/Principal Engineers responsible for the projects but be capable of working independently and supervising Assistant Engineers to deliver designs / compliance reviews in accordance with the Client’s requirements / Project Basis of Design and related National Standards, according to mutually agreed time allocations. Their head office is in the West Midlands but many of the teamwork 100% remotely and are required to travel across the UK to visit buildings. Travel to head office including an overnight stay to attend team meetings is required once every two months.
