The Client: Multi-disciplinary Building Services consultant founded in 1997 offering the full range of MEP services nationwide from their 4 UK offices. Senior staff drive projects from feasibility through to delivery across a diverse range of sectors from data centres and retail outlets, to care homes, schools and offices. The Role: Providing design and technical advice on projects for the respective discipline. Provide a professional and technical consulting and design service to the client encompassing of, but not limited to, site surveys, meetings, feasibility studies, due diligence, design, technical reports and specifications, commissioning, and defects inspections. Assist with multiple projects in a co-ordinated manner, meeting project deadlines and cost requirements. Work under the clear direction of others and interpret the needs of a project where applicable, take a discipline lead role on smaller projects as required.

Role: This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. The contract is a 6-month duration initially and it has the potential to become a permanent position. You should be able to fulfil duties and responsibilities of a discipline lead for small to medium sized projects. In support of large and hyperscale projects a senior engineer should take responsibility for critical systems and/or substantial aspects of the design including the ownership, resourcing, and execution of project design changes.
