The team are working on a large number of prestigious high-rise developments in London and you will provide 3D modelling on a range of complex building services. Duties are varied but include the following:

  • Producing CAD deliverables to relevant BIM standards in compliance with companies Information Management System.
  • Producing drawings and schedules to relevant standards.
  • Liaising with team leaders, project managers and engineers from various disciplines.
  • Working on your own initiative and managing projects to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Working in close collaboration with other team members in other disciplines.

   Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a Building Services Engineering environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
  • The ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients and other team members and to produce written documents in clear English.
  • The ability to understand the needs of a project and manage your time effectively.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience of using Solibri would be advantageous.

Seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. About the role: As a member of the Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a wide range of projects and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure not only the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information but also provide a leading point of contact for our clients/collaborators. The incumbent will be expected to undertake an element of business development, leveraging key contacts to secure new or additional work whenever possible. You will also be encouraged to secure external speaking/CPD opportunities. You will also be responsible for upholding the integrity of ISO 9001, directing, leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co -ordinating delivery against these standards. • Electrical Engineer

  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a London County Council on a long-term (ongoing) contract basis. This is a hybrid role, involving work from home, visits to sites, and time spent at the council’s offices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections
  • Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation
  • Design and review electrical systems for a range of building types, including:
    • Office buildings
    • Listed and heritage properties
    • Leisure centres and libraries

  Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – confident writing reports and leading meetings
  • Proven experience in electrical design, specification writing, and contractor management

  • Professional membership (e.g., CIBSE or IET) preferred
  • Familiarity with JCT contracts and AutoCAD is an advantage
