You will work on a variety of professional and project work for investors, lenders, occupiers, developers, and the public sector. The Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) engineering team offer traditional MEP design and consultancy services alongside surveying and project management activities with sustainable solutions at the core of their work. As part of their succession plan, they are looking for an electrically biased building services engineer who will support the building surveyors in providing building engineering consultancy services that augments and compliments the building surveying and Project Management activities. The candidate will report directly to the Director. The candidate joins the company in the midst of exciting times, with a strong order book and growth opportunities. The candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and ultimately manage their own projects, which will include managing a team of engineers, building physicist, and technicians.
