What you'll be doing: In this role you will produce detailed design calculations and sketches in accordance with the project requirements and as such a sound knowledge of technical engineering design relevant to the role is required - liaising with both Senior Engineers and Engineering Technicians regarding design and drawing as part of this dynamic team that believes in absolute delivery. Work will typically be undertaken in conjunction with a Mechanical Associate assisting in the survey, design, specification, and contract administration process of the projects. The work will be a mixture of survey, design work, office-based project administration, and site attendances.
Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer required to join a multi-award winning consultancy in Central London (City). They provide design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the commercial sector and work with a number of high-profile clients and brands across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a Building Services background to join their busy team on a contract basis (outside ir35). As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will need 5 years + consultancy design experience with extensive exposure to project delivery in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. You must be fully proficient using Amtech & Dialux and should be able to demonstrate solid experience of lighting & power design in buildings. The key requirements of this role include:

As a Senior MEP Building Services Engineer, you will need to be able to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations whilst maintaining and building new relationships for the company. You will be the technical leader when it comes to projects you manage. You will have played an active part in the development of junior engineers and will manage the engineering output for each project. Working with the Director you will assist in managing financial deliverables and will play a lead in project bids.
