As an Associate Public Health Engineer you will be responsible for leading the plumbing design solutions on complex projects from initial concept through to final delivery, represent the business in front of clients and architects, and provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the public health design on complex and large-scale UK and International projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare and industrial.
  • Manage the delivery of public health design solutions in accordance with British Standards and relevant codes of practice.
  • Produce detailed public health designs and specifications for projects, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and energy efficiency standards.
  • Undertake detailed calculations and simulations to validate the public health design solutions.
  • Attend site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and design team members to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Mentor junior engineers to ensure their development and provide technical guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging public health design technologies and practices.

  Requirements:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Minimum of 10 years' UK experience in public health design engineering within the building services industry.
  • Ideally Chartered Engineer status.
  • Knowledge and experience of British Standards and relevant codes of practice.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

As a result of growth, they are looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer in their offices in Dubai. The Role: As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and support staff delivering a consistently high-quality service for clients, and ensuring that repeat and new business opportunities are developed. You should have c10 years of experience in the relevant field, leading the design of large-scale MV/LV schemes particularly related to hospitality, retail, or healthcare.  You will be an ambassador for the company, representing us at project interviews/meetings, and taking part in the marketing practice generally. The role is instrumental in helping to continue to grow and develop a team of technically competent engineers within this high-performing sector, as well as seeking new opportunities to develop the business.     The Candidate:

  • You should have a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Registered with a Professional Engineering Institution such as CIBSE or IET is preferable
  • You should possess excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline and a thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
  • 10-12 years of experience in the relevant field with a proven record in leading the electrical design of large-scale MV / LV schemes particularly related to hospitality, retail, or healthcare
  • You should have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, leading, motivating, and supervising junior/senior engineers
  • Experience in leading Revit delivery is essential
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will have a proven ability in negotiating positive outcomes, resource planning, motivation, and management

Role: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical building services designs across all stages of a project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept design through to commissioning and completion.
