This is a key position in leading the group that deliver on Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) Engineering projects. You will support their BIM/Revit Team at the forefront of innovating solutions to the built environment and be integrally involved in the development of the technology used to create these solutions. The successful individual will be technically astute with a strong background in MEP Engineering, a detailed understanding and strong skillset in BIM will be essential to be able to fulfil the necessary objectives of the role. ROLE OVERVIEW: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will excel in engineering design and be comfortable leading projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision. They will also assist in planning and managing an appropriate resource to deliver projects. They will prepare conceptual designs of HVAC systems, pipe work systems, plant sizing and selection and calculations and assist with the preparation of the client brief. The role also requires that they are confident giving technical presentations to the professional team as well as managing site coordination meetings with contractors. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work across multiple projects at any one time, and will prioritise work to ensure timely delivery.
