The firm is independently owned by the Directors and employees, all based together in one office, supporting each other without corporate interference or distractions irrelevant to project delivery.  They can provide technical support when needed but otherwise trust employees to independently manage their workload. In your role as the Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to own, manage, and deliver electrical projects. You will be responsible for the full design from inception to commissioning and final delivery. As part of the role, you will be expected to: Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical building services systems.
  • Produce detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and equipment.
  • Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the engineering team.

  Requirements:

  • Secure new projects and support both existing and new clients, assisting the regional lead with delivery planning and team strategy.

  Projects span a diverse range of sectors including Commercial Offices, Retail, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Justice, Defence, Heritage, Industrial, and Technology. Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates will ideally demonstrate:

  • Chartered status or progress towards chartership as a qualified design engineer.
  • Strong experience working on refurbishment and fit-out projects within existing buildings.

  • Proven experience in performance specification, detailed design, contract administration, and site supervision.

Seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. About the role: As a member of the Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a wide range of projects and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure not only the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information but also provide a leading point of contact for our clients/collaborators. The incumbent will be expected to undertake an element of business development, leveraging key contacts to secure new or additional work whenever possible.
