Role: As part of their continuing growth strategy, they are looking to appoint a Senior Building Services Design Engineer, with a strong mechanical bias, to help support their comprehensive range of services for building owners. The role will include the responsibility to deliver the building services designs for principally refurbishment projects, with an emphasis on net zero carbon transition. Additionally, it offers the opportunity to innovate on existing industry processes and help shape our own unique software to support this. With a bias towards mechanical engineering, the successful applicant will have experience in the design of HVAC systems alongside a good general working knowledge of building services within the commercial property sector. They are ideally looking for candidates who are members of either the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), Institution of Mechanical Engineering (IMechE) or Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
