Role: In this critical on-site role, you will act as the company's primary representative during the construction phase of a mixed use high spec residential scheme. Role: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will excel in engineering design and be comfortable leading projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision. They will also assist in planning and managing an appropriate resource to deliver projects. They will prepare conceptual designs of HVAC systems, pipe work systems, plant sizing and selection and calculations and assist with the preparation of the client brief. The role also requires that they are confident giving technical presentations to the professional team as well as managing site coordination meetings with contractors. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work across multiple projects at any one time, and will prioritise work to ensure timely delivery.
