As a client facing member of the team, the successful candidate will play an integral role in successful delivery of projects, and leading an established team of talented engineers to deliver profitable and technically dynamic projects, responsibilities will also include developing new and existing relationships, mentoring, supporting and encouraging engineers in the team, monitoring workload and quality and supporting the directors in the retention of existing employees and the growth of the Birmingham team.

The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Intermediate Electrical Engineer who is keen on aligning themselves with one of London's most pioneering and progressive MEP Design Studios. You will be working in partnership with the world's leading architects on some of the most iconic and complex projects in London and overseas. This will present you with the opportunity to work in partnership with the globes most prestigious architects to deliver high performance, sustainable, award winning buildings.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer who is looking to push the boundaries of engineering and stay at the forefront of technology. For this reason, it is not essential but desirable working knowledge of the use of Revit or the ambition to immerse yourself with this technology. This is down to the demand from clients but also the way forward for engineering.

My client has been established for over 25 years and work on a fantastic portfolio of work including healthcare, residential care, education and defence projects.
They operate on an NHS framework agreement and have undertaken a vast amount of work across several NHS sites in London and the south, this coupled with many their other long-standing client relationships has led to a very healthy order book of work, and a continuous flow of new projects being awarded.
The company are looking for an electrical design at intermediate level with a passion for technically challenging projects. Due to the nature of their work, it is integral that the successful engineer be a confident communicator who can liaise with clients and attend meetings. Responsibilities will include concept and detailed design of electrical services, supporting and working alongside engineers, and supporting the CAD/REVIT Dept.
