Senior staff drive projects from feasibility through to delivery across a diverse range of sectors from data centres and retail outlets, to care homes, schools and offices. The Role: Providing design and technical advice on projects for the respective discipline. Provide a professional and technical consulting and design service to the client encompassing of, but not limited to, site surveys, meetings, feasibility studies, due diligence, design, technical reports and specifications, commissioning, and defects inspections. Assist with multiple projects in a co-ordinated manner, meeting project deadlines and cost requirements. Work under the clear direction of others and interpret the needs of a project where applicable, take a discipline lead role on smaller projects as required.

They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers. Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market. Opportunity: As a Public Health Engineer, you will work within various market sectors, with a focus of high performing buildings such as laboratories and data centres. Your contribution will be expected in all phases of the project including feasibility, design, execution, and in-use. You will be expected to handle multiple projects concurrently. Reporting directly to the Directors of these sectors, you will be responsible for designing PH Services across every stage of the project lifecycle, from the initial brief through to design, commissioning, and final sign off. You will participate in design teams to provide innovative engineering solutions. As a design team member, you will hold regular meetings to inform and advise clients. This will require excellent interpersonal and conversational skills, making the complex simple. Keeping up with new developments in your field of expertise is a must for this role.
