A well-established engineering and consultancy practice is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to become part of its Building Services team in Manchester. The Opportunity This position is suited to an experienced MEP Revit professional who can contribute to the development and coordination of detailed BIM models and technical documentation for building services projects. You will support schemes from initial design stages through to project completion, ensuring all models and drawings meet required standards and project objectives. Working alongside engineers and wider project teams, you will help deliver coordinated and buildable mechanical, electrical, and public health designs while promoting BIM best practice and assisting junior team members in their development. Qualifications: Educated to degree level in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent), and having gained relevant experience within a consultancy environment (design and coordination of electrical distribution and power generation, lighting, security systems etc), you should be well versed in the use of relevant design software including ProDesign (Amtech) and ideally, Revit and Dialux. You have proven ability in producing low energy design solutions, carrying out site inspections and surveys, detail design development, and crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
