Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer required to join a multi-award winning consultancy in Central London (City). They provide design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the commercial sector and work with a number of high-profile clients and brands across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a Building Services background to join their busy team on a contract basis (outside ir35).
As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will need 5 years + of consultancy design experience with extensive exposure to project delivery in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. You must be fully proficient using Hevacomp & IES and should be able to demonstrate solid experience of HVAC design in buildings.

The successful candidate will require the ambition to ensure they always deliver the highest quality of work within their expertise as well as always ensuring professionalism throughout project completion. As a Senior MEP Building Services Engineer, you will need to be able to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations whilst maintaining and building new relationships for the company. You will be the technical leader when it comes to projects you manage. You will have played an active part in the development of junior engineers and will manage the engineering output for each project. Working with the Director you will assist in managing financial deliverables and will play a lead in project bids.
