The Principal Mechanical Engineer will assist the directors to develop business opportunities, confidently marketing the company and expanding their network of contacts, delivering presentations and winning work. Their financial acumen will ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, and they will prepare fee submissions, negotiate appointments and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This is an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 located in Camden, London. They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers. Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market.
