My client is Building Services consultancy providing single source solutions to the construction industry, property owners and property managers. They provide solutions on all aspects of Building Services Commissioning and Client Verification and have been at the forefront of Commissioning Management for over 35 years. As a result of growth they are looking for a Lead Commissioning Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will include the following:
Role: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will excel in engineering design and be comfortable leading projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision. They will also assist in planning and managing an appropriate resource to deliver projects. They will prepare conceptual designs of HVAC systems, pipe work systems, plant sizing and selection and calculations and assist with the preparation of the client brief. The role also requires that they are confident giving technical presentations to the professional team as well as managing site coordination meetings with contractors. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work across multiple projects at any one time, and will prioritise work to ensure timely delivery. You will be able to support the growth of business in this area by identifying new opportunities and delivering insightful presentations to potential new clients.
