Seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. About the role: As a member of the Engineering team, you will report to an Associate Director. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a wide range of projects and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams. Using industry benchmarks and internal standards, you will ensure not only the timely delivery of considered and accurate project information but also provide a leading point of contact for our clients/collaborators. The incumbent will be expected to undertake an element of business development, leveraging key contacts to secure new or additional work whenever possible. You will also be encouraged to secure external speaking/CPD opportunities. You will also be responsible for upholding the integrity of ISO 9001, directing, leading and co-ordinating the internal efforts of junior staff, providing appropriate frameworks and tools, agreeing appropriate standards and co -ordinating delivery against these standards.   Client: This organisation provides creative, sustainable and energy efficient design solutions from concept through to delivery for national contractors, end users and developers.  They have an impressive portfolio of MEP schemes (up to £80m) and are growing from strength to strength in a sector dominating the Engineering industry. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design engineer to join their expanding team to help deliver some of the outstanding buildings and projects that they work on including schemes across the education, high rise residential, large-scale commercial, stadia, and healthcare sectors. While a solid technical understanding of Mechanical Building Services is required, they are looking for an individual with the ability to think laterally and apply learning and experience to new challenges.  It's also vitally important every member of the team shares their values which embodies their approach to project delivery.   Role: The purpose of this role is to provide the Mechanical Design and Technical expertise in supporting project delivery.  Working closely with the Project team, Project Leader and wider Design Team whilst contributing to consistency in delivery and technical knowledge.
