This is an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 located in Camden, London. They have experienced steady growth by providing first class project delivery and now consist of a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers.
Successful applicants will be responsible for 3D CAD drawings for all stages of design and delivery of projects for mechanical, public health and electrical disciplines on mixed use, and residential projects. The role will involve developing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and implementing 3D coordination. The role will be integral for development of 3D BIM usage in a growing market.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:
REVIT experience in residential building projects.
Using Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems.
Working from Engineer's mark-up's and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD as appropriate to each project.
Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
2-3 Years minimum experience within a similar environment.

You should be commercially aware, be able to develop and maintain client relationships, provide technical expertise, provide support to less experienced engineers, ensure quality standards, and adopt and promote the company ethos.
Requirements:
A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
Be or be working towards chartered status.
Excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline and a thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering.
Experience in the design and delivery of medium to large scale projects in a variety of sectors.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary practice of Building services Engineering Consultants. Established for over 30 years, they now employ more than 60 staff at their offices in London. Sustainability is at the heart of their projects, and because of growth, the in-house sustainability team urgently requires a Sustainability consultant.
The successful candidate will have OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units) and will have completed numerous SAP/EPC assessments and produced Planning Energy Strategies.
You should also have some experience and be looking to develop in other areas of sustainability engineering including IES thermal modelling, SBEM/daylight/sunlight/thermal bridging calculations, BREEAM assessments, and report writing for planning submissions.
