As a result of continued growth an opportunity for an established Senior Public Health Engineer has arisen within one of London's most innovative MEP Design Studio's. You will be working in partnership with the world's leading architects on some of the most iconic and complex projects in London and overseas.
The successful candidate must be an established Public Health Engineer with circa five years within the UK building services realm has arisen.

My client is looking for a Revit technician. This is a busy role and will involve servicing several design teams within an award winning medium sized consultancy.
My client boasts a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from individual high end private houses, large scale urban regeneration, hotels, commercial offices, education facilities and retail/leisure projects, with construction values beyond £200 million.
* Preparing Architects drawings for use as references.
* Amending 2d drawings (including schematics) to Engineers mark-ups.
* Producing co-ordinated, multi-service 2d drawings with minimal instruction.
* Liaising directly with engineering team to ensure client's needs and projects are delivered on time.
* Issuing drawings.
* Externally you will be required to liaise with Clients, Architects and contractors, maintaining good business relationships with all members of the team.
* Modelling/co-ordinating Mechanical and Electrical services within risers and corridors in Revit.
* Modelling/co-ordinating plant rooms in Revit.
* Creating Revit families as required.
* Setting up Revit drawing sheets
* Multi-disciplined (Mechanical & Electrical).
* 1 year FULL TIME MEP Revit experience
* Minimum 2 years AutoCAD experience.
* Minimum 2 experience in similar multi-discipline role within building services.
* Applicant must have a good grasp of building services

My client has been established for over 25 years and work on a fantastic portfolio of work including healthcare, residential care, education and defence projects.
They operate on an NHS framework agreement and have undertaken a vast amount of work across several NHS sites in London and the south, this coupled with many their other long-standing client relationships has led to a very healthy order book of work, and a continuous flow of new projects being awarded.
The company are looking for an electrical design at intermediate level with a passion for technically challenging projects. Due to the nature of their work, it is integral that the successful engineer be a confident communicator who can liaise with clients and attend meetings. Responsibilities will include concept and detailed design of electrical services, supporting and working alongside engineers, and supporting the CAD/REVIT Dept.
