    Position: To manage and lead the delivery of sustainable building services solutions on individual projects; to be a proactive member of the sustainability team; to contribute to the resource allocation of sustainability requirements as project work demands; contribute to the development of the sustainability team with marketing and fee bids and keeping up to date with current Legislation and Planning Policies.  This position can be based in one of our clients numerous UK offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Warrington, Aberdeen, or Glasgow. Responsibilities:

    • Delivery of Energy Strategies for Planning Applications
    • Lodgement of SAP calculations
    • Lodgement of non-domestic and domestic EPCs
    • Delivery of Sustainability Statements for Planning Applications
    • Knowledge of BREEAM / WELL
    • Knowledge of Home Quality Mark (HQM)
    • Thermal modelling to Level 5 (preferred)
