    This medium sized company is renowned in the industry for delivering some of the most iconic Commercial, Residential, Mixed Use and Master Plan Schemes across London.     To be considered for this role the successful candidate will possess the following:

    * Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant industry related qualification
    * 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
    * Able to calculate heat loss and utility applications
    * Excellent presentation, communication skills, and punctuation
    * Understanding of British Building Regulations/standards
    * Experience using Mechanical Design Software - Hevacomp
    * Experience liaising directly with Clients, Architects and Contractors on projects
    * A track record including works at both planning and detailed design stages
    * Live within 1 hour of the office

The Sustainability team works on a number of internal and external projects, ranging from conceptualisation to practical delivery.

    The primary focus will be on carrying out thermal modelling and SAP calculations, on impressive projects ranging from individual high end private houses, large scale urban regeneration, hotels, commercial offices, education facilities and retail/leisure projects, with construction values beyond £200 million. The role will also involve thermal modelling analysis along with providing sustainable design advice and reporting.

    Role/Responsibilities

    • Working within a team of Sustainability engineers and to ensure effective delivery of projects and tasks to meet the deadlines set by the senior engineers.
