    I have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Public Health Engineer to join a multi-award winning building services design consultancy. They are one of the industry leaders providing design and project management across some of the most complex projects within the commercial sector. They are looking for an experienced Public Health engineer to join and assist their busy team in London.

    You will prepare and oversee engineering designs using the most recent software packages within building services. You will take responsibility for the management of projects to achieve deadlines - attending and leading projects and design meetings to ensure successful planning, allocation and coordination of work.

    Client liaison is a massive part of this role so someone who can influence technical meetings whilst maintaining strong relationships is essential.

    Qualifications:

    • Hands on design of water services, above and below ground drainage and must be able to produce concept and detailed PH design drawings, diagrams, schematics specifications and schedules
    • Experience in the design and delivery of medium to large scale projects in a variety of sectors would be beneficial.

    A top 5 leading European company within Building Services is now looking for an exceptional Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on projects from inception to handover.     Experience

    5- 8 Years' experience within building services

    Detailed design - pipe work, HVAC, air conditioning

    Autocad, Hevacomp, IES (heat loss and heat calculations).

    MEP Revit although not essential

    Experience of managing the design process for Mechanical Design layout of high rise commercial and residential buildings.

    Degree educated (or equivalent)

    Ventilation, heating, cooling and water sizing and knowledge of Building Regulations Part B, G, F & L.
