• Contributing to cost estimates, technical specifications, shop‑drawing reviews and quality checks during construction.
• Assisting with commissioning, O&M manuals, Health & Safety file compilation and final project close‑out.

Much of your work will involve specialist utilities and controlled‑environment facilities for pharmaceutical and research clients, offering exposure to highly technical and regulated design challenges.  Requirements

• Degree‑level education in Electrical Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong grounding in electrical design principles, calculations and compliance.
• Working knowledge of CAD and REVIT.
• Ability to perform manual calculations and use design software effectively.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Commitment to Continual Professional Development, including IET/CIBSE seminars and progression toward Chartered status.
